Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust (CHFT) have designed the CHFT Cancer Support app to help patients, family and carers access information and support. The App offers a variety of resources at your fingertips, prior to, during or after your cancer experience, which we feel will aid your journey in conjunction with your Clinical Nurse Specialists support.

The app is intended to be used for you or your family to control the information available to you in conjunction with any advice provided by your clinical team.
